Giving up doesn\'t always mean that we are weak. Sometimes it just means that we are strong enough to let go.

Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn\'t be able to fly, but the bumblebee doesn\'t know that so it goes on flying anyway.

I LOVE HALLOWEEN! lol even though im 14 I still go out with friends, its really fun...we're gonna be old ladies!
<3 Anya--
I've never understood the culture difference how in the UK kids go trick or treating as monster, ghosts and other scary things, and in the US they go as big cows, superheroes and ballerinas.
Hard Normal Daddy
In Canada, the kids go as what they want to be, a superhero, a princess, a pumpkin, a monster,a ghost, they go as anything they like, and I'm sure its the same everywhere, its not because its halloween that you absolutely have to go as a witch or ghost!!!
im in the UK and iv never heard of people goig trick or treating as a ballerina... lol, we generally go here as witches/ghosts/vampires e.t.c!

Well the UK is special then !!!
I went as scary things when I was younger, but I've basically run out of ideas...
<3 Anya--
When I was younger I used to be a cat every year.
If think a lot of the kids in the US dress up as what they want to be when they grow up or who they wish they good be. I live in a military area and a lot of kids go as members of the military but I see alot of firefighters, ballerinas, etc.
But now that I think about it here that other people do things differently I think the kids should dress up as ghosts and goblins. That is what Halloween is supposed to be about.
Just remember not to let your kids eat too much candy.
Carly
My friends and I have a tradition of getting together on Halloween and watching a scary movie, having dinner, etc. We are trying to decide what to watch this year, so if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! Thanks!
Mary
P.S. BOO
"Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right."
My hubbie and I are going to pass out candy for a while and then we are going to watch a scary movie together. He always seems to have to work on Halloween so I let him pick the plans. He really wants to see the kids in their costumes and he wants us to watch The Exorcist together because that is the only movie that really scares him. Of course I am sure it will be really scare me too, but for different reasons.
The only movie that really scares me is the movie IT by Stephen King. I recommend it for a good Halloween movie.
Carly
I'm going as a nun this year.. i know a reeally gud costume hire.
last year i watch the halloween marathon on tv, i stayed up until 5:45 watching it. i even dreamed about it.... lol.

\"We can\'t help everyone. But everyone can help someone\"
We are handing out small bags of potato chips, if I were
to hand out little chocolate things, that would be way too tempting for
me... there may not be any left to give out to the little ghosts and
goblins... you know Halloween is also the Wiccan New Year? Its also
called Samhain, all Hallow's Eve, all those cool names.

I want to go tricker treating too.........
boohoo............................
I'm 24, act like a child still, will not actually go out but hey, if I put a plastic mask, no one would be able to see how old I really am...hmmmmmm............Just kidding, my bf's kids will give us their candy!!!!!!
Easy work!
Ha me and my bestfriend are going trick or treating with her lil bro. When he gets fed up of us (or vice versa) were going to a halloween party. Were dressing up the same so it makes us look like twins lol. We're being witches, with lime green feathers around our hats and sleeves and wearing pink wigs. Complete with black lipstick and spider web tatoos! We are gonna call our selves the witchsters of doom...witchsters aka witch sisters lol!
Trick or Treatttttttttttt...
When I was growing up the big thing was to be "punk rockers"... pretty lame looking back lol!
My husband's going to pass out candysince I'm not good with kids, and I'm going to corrall the dogs in the basement so they don't bite anyone. Should be an interesting night.
In memory of the sweetest german shepherd I ever had the pleasure of knowing. I love you, Duncan. 3/12/02 - 12/19/11

I love Get Fuzzy! I read it in the paper every day and I have the books.
I swear that one of my cats is just like Bucky.

Funny how the different areas/countries differ in Halloween celebrations.
My byfriend and I and a whole group of friends went to a haunted hayride/haunted asylum and haunted corn maze this past weekend. We want to dress up, but I don;t know what we're going to be yet!
