Hi. I thought I would introduce myself. I'm helbel and from the Uk and used to read this but never posted a couple of years back. Well I'm better than I was then but still very much emetophobic.

So I thought I'd say hi and glad that something like this is out there for people to know they are not on there own.

Welcome to the forum. Glad to hear you decided to start posting. I read your post about the graphic comercial.That sounds like an unwelcome surprise while watching TV! I hope you find some support on this site like I have...it has been very helpful and comforting to me to be heard and understood finally! Welcome!

Thanks guys. It's great to know the support is out there. As I said I am a lot better than I was but I still avoid it at all costs. I have always hated it but I think it truly started about 5 years ago when I caught the Norovirus off my then boyfriend and it effectively ruined Christmas. Although he gave me that horrible present, I stuck with him and we are now married.

I think one big concern for the future is getting pregnant. I def want kids one day but am so scared about the morning s*******.
