Ok, so really.... how are you? How are you findin emet? has it got better or worse? I just feel like knowing hehe

I'm actually OK at the moment, other things have managed to take my mind off it!

Did anyone watch GM:TV this morning? it was on about phobias.... and they told us, if we havea phobia, go up to the TV and put your hand on it. so i did. they asked us to picture your phobia, so i did. and then they told us to make the picture black and white, and smaller, without sound, and then just make it disappear...

Didn't really work though Just grossed me out after having breakfast, trying to picture my phobia

My emet is horrible at the moment, I've hardly been eating now for about 2-3 weeks. I've lost a couple of pounds, been fighting with my boyfriend and family b/c i'm so anxious....been skipping classes bc of the fear of being or getting sick. I also have had other fears that have been spiraling out of control in respect to my OCD (such as being in a car crash, being murdered/robbed/hurt/kidnapped) they're all related, once one phobia gets bad....everything else joins in to make my Lexapro recently, I dont know why, but sometimes I just like to go off of it to see if I can be normal without it, which honestly in ludacris bc I'm not even normal on the highest dose.....but sometimes I just do go off and pray I'm ok.....

I probably haven't been on here, because i've been OK lately! I've had other stuff to think about. I felt a bit ill today though, our classroom is like an oven, you can hardly breathe, there's no air!!

My emet is bad at the moment (since this summer) I had many stress in the job and in my private life and that mades all worse. Unfortunatelly.

I lost my job in July and I am now only hanging around at home. That is so awful. I want to work, I just want a normal life.

But soon I am going to go into a clinic for 2-3 month and Ihope things will going better then.
