I have been seeing someone for around three months now and with winter (and the dreaded noro ) on the way I don't think I can come up with any more excuses as to my strange behaviour. He's sensitive and I don't think he'll make fun, laugh or ask too many questions etc but I'm terrified of telling him! How do I bring it up - it's not exactly the thing to drop into conversation whilst watching TV in the evening - 'Oh by the way, I suffer from a paralysing fear of v*, it completely controls my life and I can't escape it' . I'm just not sure if I should sit down and have a talk with him about it; I don't want him to make a huge deal out of it, just let him know that I suffer so he can try to understand why sometimes I act the way I do. Anyone have any tips on how to tell your partner without freaking them out ?
