I went out with my boyfriend to a haunted house on friday night. I was so scared. Then I did it again on Saturday with my parents. It was a 1.5 hour drive, and I made it. I even made it through without my stomach medicine-I forgot the bottle in a different purse. And i was still fine. I even ate an apple crisp and hot chocolate!!!

I am considering going to my boyfriend's bar the night before halloween for a costume party.....still considering it, but at least it is an option!!

I have been trying to get up early, I sleep to late.

I have been taking my vitamin C to stay healthy.

I started seeing a counselor (something I've dreaded for a while) and am starting to make progress in my life as a whole. Yeah!!

Congratulations to all of you for doing things for yourselves and not for the emet. It's great when you make the separation between the phobia and yourself. (Afterall, you are not the phobia)I'm proud of all of you!

i hate some halloween candy that i bought for myself.
.I just want to feel safe in my own skin. I just want to be happy again. I just want to feel deep in my own world. But I’m so lonely I don’t even want to be with myself. <3

I used a pen I found on a desk. Barely ever do that, since I don't know who used it last.

Now I feel pathetic, for other people do much better stuffs.

I caught the bus into town today,on my own with my 2 children(something i've done only once before) and spent an hour and a half browsing the shops, then visited my cousin and her new baby.We spent a total of 3 hours in town then caught the bus home again.I didn't have a single panic attack(although I did have my Motilium10!)

I actually feel really pleased with myself

I used to work there for a year and a half. Honestly, at least the one I worked at, Quizno's is a super clean place to eat. Bread is never used if it is more than 24 hours old, we actually have people that look at the bread to make sure there is no mold, the meat we had to replace every 12 hours (cause we went thru it so fast) and our manager made us clean basically every minute we were working. The food there is AWESOME =)

I atechiliwhen I didn't feel well, and normally I wouldn't have eaten anything or just something plain like toast. I also went to work the other day even though I wanted to call in so bad because I had felt sick all day.

Rhinoseri- way to go! don't feel pathetic! keep in mind that we're all at diffferent levels, so what is easy for some of us is hard for others.
