I know none of you are doctors.. but I thought I'd make a post to see
if any of you can sort of talk me down.

I live in the dorms at a University so I'm around a ton of germs all
    day every day.

Yesterday I felt a bit feverish and sick to my stomach. Really
nauseous in fact. I ended up having d* and went to bed early.

I woke up today even MORE nauseous. I have to go to class until 2
today.. and I think I can make it. But I just don't know what's going
on. Maybe it's just stress. I've been so stressed for the past week
because of all these papers, projects and presentations I have to do
    for school!

Sound like anxiety to me, and anxiety n* can be just as bad as the real thing sometimes, like you say though we're not doctors (although we do have some nurses!) and so can't categorically state you aren't ill, but tbh if you have felt sick for more than a few hours and not been sick then the chances are you won't be.

As to feeling feverish, being anxious always makes me go boiling hot or freezing cold so unless you took your temp then you won't know for sure if you did have a fever or not.

And anxiety causes d* in a LOT of people and you sound pretty stressed out with all your Uni work at the moment so it could have been bought on by that.

hard to do when it's so hectic, but if you can try and find some quiet time to just chill out and try and clear your mind - even if it's just a nice soak in the bath then that may help a bit.

I hope you're feeling better! To be honest it sounds like stress to me. Lots of schoolwork and on top of that anxiety due to our phobia as well. The mind is a POWERFUL thing and can wreak havoc on our physical health.
