    Hey all,

sorry to bother you. I know some of you on here suffer from IBS too! The evil malady. I think its making me feel bleh now, pretty sure thats what it is. Do you get like pain like almost where your hips are? Like just a little to the inside of your hips and further up? I think theres a loop of intestine there. Its like i get these crampy/gougy feeling pain, kinda dull tho. Its so annoying, I hate feeling like this, then course things feel like theyre moving around and then i feel nauseas some and just like bleeh. Man anyone else get this?? I just want it to pass and dont want to be sick!! I know usually going to the br helps, but ive tried and no go...Edited by: Galadriel

    Hello,

I have IBS and I have for years. my cramps are located below the belly button, in about the same area as menstrual cramps but you can definately tell the difference.

I also get diarrhea and feeling like you need to go but the trip to the bathroom is unproductive (not like constipation). However, there are many people with IBS who don't have diarrhea and are constipated. The symptoms can range a lot.

Please visit www.ibsgroup.org. It is great place to just visit or to post and chat just like this website.

Sorry, I just realized that I made an assumption that you are female and what know what menstrual cramps feel like. Most people with IBS are female but I am sorry if I assumed incorrectly. Edited by: luckistar2

I sometimes get a feeling in my bowel area that feel like little bubbles popping and even though I have never been pregnant, I swear it must feel like a baby kicking in there. It really does feel like that sometimes!

I also get random pains in my frontal area, and it almost feels like menstrual cramps, so when my period's due, I never know if it's IBS or cramps. I also get pains in my lower right side every once in awhile, and I freak because I think it's appendicitis, but it never is.

I hate not knowing if my symptoms are from IBS or something else! Ugh!
