this is my first post on here, infact im completely new to this! i have always browsed this site but never had the guts to join up, well now i have! like everyone else on here i suffer with this crippling phobia and have done for 20 years, i have tried everything and nothing seems to work wish there was some kind of miracle cure! will be good to finally talk to people that understand [img]smileys/smilies_01.gif[/img]
