Woke up n* ...
... and I didn't panic!
Last night I had dinner kind of late with my boyfriend, and we split a big dessert that really filled me up. I fell asleep around 11 pm, and woke up at 2 am feeling really full and with really bad indigestion. But instead of going into panic mode like I always do, I was just annoyed that I had woken up when I was so tired! I considered taking an anti-emetic, but instead I just laid down kind of propped up and relaxed, half awake and half asleep, and before I knew it my tummy started to make a few noises and the full feeling passed and I felt better, all without panicking and I just fell back asleep.
A small step but a big one considering all the nights I've stayed up panicking and worrying if "this is it."
The waiting seems eternity
a day will dawn of sanity.
