Default Lack of appetite in 3rd Trimester

    Hey guys,

I'm about 37 weeks pregnant and I've notice that although I'm not totally n* (just a little), my stomach has become ultra sensitive and the thought of most 'meal type' foods just gross me out! If I try to eat a normal meal, my stomach does flip flops and I get n* right after. Obviously, it's giving me a lot of anxiety about eating. Can anyone relate to this or maybe tell me what's causing it (besides just pregnancy haha)? Maybe because everything cramped in there or because of the acid reflux....oh well, almost done! Now I just have to survive labor & delivery!

i was like that for both my kids. it was awful. i wouldnt eat and my husband was so worried about me. you have to just eat what you can when you can. dont worry about meals. your baby wont be harmed. as long as you take your vitamins it will be ok.

Hi, ive nver been pregnant but I also feel like this whenever I get hungry due to blood issues. I doubt you have the same issues, but I know exactly how you feel :-) For me, when I am n* when eating, I have fruit salad or a cup of juice. Something cold and watery usually goes down fine when meat and vegetables cannot.
