New here-in crisis

Hi-
this weekend has been terrible for me. i got sick on friday with a sore throat and fever, later my boyfriend got sick with the stomach flu. he left, but i am extremely worried that now since i'm better from my sickness, i can get his. i know that the rotavirus isn't killed by the disinfectant i used, and hand sanitizer doesn't do a thing. i have a stomach ache, i live in a dorm, i've been eating crackers by picking them up with a kleenex, i won't put my contacts in because it would mean germs getting in my eyes, i have cuts on my hands i'm worried about... so pretty much WORRIED! help!

sorry you are having such a hard time.......i know you feel that everything is working against you right now......i'm sure you've washed your hands alot which works the best to get rid of the sv germs.......

just keep reading different discussions in here......it will help distract you and hopefully give you more answers than i can at this point.

Do you think it could be the same thing? My husband v* really easily, he only has to have a headache and he v*!! We all react in different ways.. I get d* my husband v* !!!

thank you guys! and i don't know that it could be the same thing, because i had a sore throat, some phlegm and some congestion. my stomach continues to hurt today and so thus, i continue to freak out...

Aw thanks for asking! Well, I haven't v*. i actually got a lot sicker with my sore throat thing...all week my nose, head and ears have been blocked up. but better than the sv!
