Frozen food sucks to eat sometimes, being frozen the texture of the food changes sometimes.. Believe me it's not going to make you sick, you'll be fine.

Frozeen food can get like that. I have ate ones that way and was fine.

If I ever doubt a food isn't cooked right or bad, I don't eat it. It saves me anxiety. Next time put them in longer or eat somthing else if it will ease your mind.

My 3 year old grabbed some chicken bits off an oven tray and ate them before I put them in the oven! They were raw, uncooked chicken! I was convinced she would get food poisoning from it... but she was absolutely fine! I am sure you will be too!

I went to a friends house for a roast last weekend. The chicken looked uncooked to me, but my husband said it was cooked properly..I am so used to eating over cooked dried out meat..it actually tasted really nice!!
