Everyone ill?!

It seems at the moment everyone's getting ill! At college about 5 people are off ill cause they're "ill" i don't know what with! But one of them said they felt like they were gunna be sick. Also a girl said today "there's definitley a bug going around!" I'm terrified?! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. Is it a cold maybe? i don't know. Anyone got ill recently on here?! stomach bugs?! x

Hi, I know how you are feeling. I have had people at my work who have been sick last week and one of them definitely had a bug. I was worried because I had been around her 5 days before she got symptoms and ever since I have been in a state of panic. I feel ill simply as I'm fearing catching it but I think it unlikely now. What I do is carry round crystalised ginger for when I feel nausea and it normally calms the feeling. I take herbal calm remedies to help the anxiety at night which gets me sleeping. I carry that hand gel round and I used antibacterial wipes on the work loo door handle before I went in. I wouldn't touch anything without them. This is when the bug is around. The rest of time I am just careful in washing my hands and not allowing others to breathe in my direction. I have escaped the bug so far so I hope you do. hiya it doesnt always mean there ill with a stomach bug cause also this time of year colds go around alot too i get about 3-4 colds in one year but i havent had a stomach bug for about 4 year and my younger brothers get a stomach bug at least once a year and i live in the same house as them and i havent caught one off them yet ( touch wood i dont!) so even if it is going around it doesnt mean you will always catch it try not to worry too much x

I feel like everyone is sick too.. now even my mom is! It's so hard to deal with but summer will be here before you know it!

I have a cold coming on... if there is a stomach bug going around, you just have to be careful.... they're not that hard to get if your careful
