Everyone's ill! Outbreak's everywhere

Yesterday I went into school only to find out that there is a stomach bug outbreak in three of my local hospitals. This didn't worry me TOO much, but then my friend said it's outbreaking into the public as all of her family have had it and passed it onto others! Then my friend's mum who's a paramedic has it and is passing it on to people and my friend who hasn't even been near a hospital came back yesterday saying she's been off with the norovirus bug that's spreading! It's hitting all of her friends... people just seem to be dropping like flies. I'm terrfied because my stomach has been feeling weird recently. I hate times like this... I haven't been careful with my hands at all recently.
Anyone else having these troubles?

There does seem to be loads of it around at the moment - I swear it's more than usual as I know so many people who've had it this season and previous years have never seemed like that! It's doing my head in!

It comes on very suddenly so if you've been feeling weird for a while, I very much doubt it's that. Just make sure you wash your hands thoroughly from now on to put your mind at rest a little.

it has been a looong winter this year......i'm just glad it's warming up now.....i always feel less anxious and healthier in the warm weather.........
