Default Just need a little reassurance!

My roommate R. (not the one with the port-a-potty phone) v*d earlier today. He stayed at his gf's last night so I don't know if he had anything overnight, and I don't remember if he left this morning to go to class or anything...all I know is that he v*d earlier today.

But when I got home tonight, there were pots and pans in the kitchen sink from where he'd cooked--a frying pan, cutting board, greasy bowl. Not exactly the BRAT diet! But he also went to bed really early, and usually he stays up until past 12. And again, I don't know what the last day has been like for him, maybe the v* episode earlier today was the last in a series that began yesterday, or...!

We all have separate bathrooms, but does this sound like noro to you? People don't cook complicated meals and eat them when they're actually sick, do they? Could he just have been stressed or eaten something bad? R. doesn't usually v* a lot, he's not especially prone to it or anything.

    Do I need to worry??

Oh no--I just went downstairs and heard him coughing (clearing his throat in that forceful "hunhh!" way?) near the door where his bathroom is...aka he might be coughing in the bathroom...aka v*ing????

I thought you have zero appetite when you've got noro! What would possibly make someone sick, then hungry, then sick again?????

OK--it's almost noon here and he still hasn't emerged from his room. Our other roommate now can't remember if maybe those dishes are his, not R.'s, but that R. said he definitely v*d up his breakfast yesterday.

Just freaking out a little! And I have to keep it all to myself, since both roommates are not sympathetic at ALL to my phobia. Can I get by without bleaching every surface??

Doesn't sound like you need to worry, and the fact that you all have your own personal room is good too
