Hello everyone, my name is Kayla and this is my first day on here. I have been convinced I have had this disease for many years but haven't been diagnosed. Is there any certain way to tell if I do? All I know is when I even think about throwing up I start to feel panicky and when I actually get nauseous etc. I completely freak out, horrible panic attacks, I can't move, talk, breathe and I shake and sweat all over, when the feeling finally goes away I break down and cry for hours. I absolutely can't see anyone throw up or hear them do it, it makes me convinced I will. I feel like I would rather be in horrible pain, sick as hell with ANYTHING else, even be dead, rather than throw up...just looking for some feedback, thanks.

I would say that pretty much sums it up. Everyone is going to feel differently about vomit, but you are in the right place. welcome!

sounds like my life, too.......welcome to the forum....i've find some great help and understanding in here.....feel much better about myself
