hiya, i have found something that works for me to handle panic. Distraction! sounds strange but i found it really works, and the way i do this is with a gameboy. i have a gameboy advance, its really tiny so fits in my bag. you need a really frustrating game like tetris that takes your full attention. tell yoursef you will not put it down till you beat your score, and that when you beat your score, you will stop feeling sick. it really works because i think alot of the time we emets make ourselves feel sick through worry and anxiety, this method stops you thnking about it and working it up in your head. it works for me alot of the time. try and fnd something like this to distract yourself just when the panic or nausar starts.
