Hi.
I was just at the mall. My stomach started feeling queasy. I started getting really anxious. Every time I took a breath I felt queasier and queasier. Came home in the car, it's snowing here, felt good on my face, the cool air. Now I am home and scared that this is the onset of the flu...someone help talk me out of this.

Hey there,

Im sorry your not feeling good, heh Im not feeling so hot myself. It could be you just got a panic attack hit you some. Just try and calm down some, and its going to be okay. I know its hard when your feeling awful and scared. Right now my poor intestines are churning and I feel nauseas, I hope we both will be alright. Even if you are tho, it will pass and it doesn't last forever.

Whenever I feel anxious that I'm coming down with something, I take my temperature. If I have a normal temp, I relax and stop worrying.

I'm sorry you are feeling bad. The same thing happened to me at
Target last week. I had to leave. I opened the window on
the way home, and by the time we got there, I was ok. It sounds
like you had a panic attack. One of my symptoms of panic is
nausea, and of course that makes me panic more. But it sounds
like you are feeling better now that you are safe at home. I
wouldn't worry about having the flu. You'll be fine. Carrie

Sounds like a panic attack to me. Your mind wanted you not to feel bad at the mall, but your anxiety made you feel bad. I really don't think it is the stomach flu. How are you feeling now?? Good I hope! Charlotte

I hope you aren't feeling as rough now - I'm sure after a good nights sleep you're feeling a lot better.

I hope you're ok.

Cool air and a fresh breeze always helps me to cool down and relax. Try splashing some cool water on your face.

i hope u feel a bit better.,... remembr when ur feeling lke tht, remind urself over and over that its most likely just anxiety.... anxiety making u feel nauseous e.t.c.

its lke a vicious circle... i know.. but i'm sure thats all it is.
