Hey everyone,

Sigh. So my husband and I want to adopt a puppy very soon, and for some reason, I didn't consider the fact that dogs v* too until today. I've never owned a dog before, but I'd always known about dogs being able to do that sort of thing, but I guess I just avoided thinking about it because I was so excited about getting a dog. I looked up a video of a dog v* on youtube hoping that I could somehow desensitize myself, but it didn't help... in fact, I'm now even more scared than before. Ugh... I don't want to let this fear ruin what should be a happy and exciting time.

Does anyone else out there own a dog? If so, do you have any ideas for how I could get over my fear?
