Try some vicks vapour rub.It helps me with fealing sick and clears my sinuses.Also try sucking on a cough drop .Hope this helped

AFRIN. I get addicted to it easily, but it beats the stuffed up feeling that can lead to anxiety attacks and nausea if you're sensitive to it. I even read somewhere that attacks can be triggered by improper breathing.
