    Default Im New :)

    never used forums or anything so dont really know how to use this
    i have had this phobia for probably bout 10years maybe more
    it affects me everyday i used to get panic attacks, thinking about it makes me worse and i dont really know if im ever gunna get over this fear
    the people closest to me dont really realise how bad it affects me
    i joined this site because i dont know anyone with this fear and dont really have anyone to talk to about it
    so yehhh.

    Hi Subwaygirl!
    Welcome to the site! Be sure to read through the "Information and Research" section as it will really help you understand the disorder and find treatment for it. You'll find lots of support here among other sufferers. Most people post in the "Private" forum once they join, for some reason.

    Welcome! happy you found this place, and it's not hard at all to use the forum site.

    There's lots of real hope towards getting past emetophobia. Looking around for info about it was a good sign that you are ready to move on.

    I'm new as well, I just joined yesterday. Actually, my mom signed me up because I'm so nuts about it! I've been living with this fear my whole life pretty much, it's taken over me completely. I constantly have panic attacks about it, and I'm always anxious. I'm here for you though, whenever you start to feel nervous you can message me, it'd honestly help me as well!
