found out whats wrong

i went to the doctor's about 3 weeks ago, finally! after 9 months of being sick. (read about it in my other post) and the doctors just said it was a chronic sinus infection. i got put on Augmentin 2x a day for 10 days. Augmentin's the strongest antibiotic available, and that still didn't help with my sinus infection! went back earlier today, got put on some other antibiotic and nasal steroids. But my doc said he was getting concerned about it since Augmentin did not help ( I just want this to be over...

Haha! The doctor said the same thing! In the exact words too :P I am now on cefdinir 300mg capsules that i need to take 2 capsules once a day for 14 days, and fluticasone 50mcg spray that i have to use until at least Thanksgiving. hopefully those work. fingers crossed!

Although I am concerned about side effects (n* v* d*) I'd rather have side effects than be sick all the time

I'm sorry to hear your still not feeling well! Hopefully your doctors will find something else that will work for you and you'll be all better very soon!
