The news is reporting an outbreak of norovirus in a school in Toronto (Etobicoke to be exact). A few hundred students and teachers are absent, but it seems while it came on suddenly and violently, it runs its course just as quickly... usually in a day or two. The kids who are already back seem perfectly fine and not traumatized by it. So if little kids can get through it and then brag about how they "barfed all over the place" how bad can vomiting really be?
