UGH...cant sleep :(

so i dont feel sick or anything.
my stomach is gurgling a little bit which it does sometime.
and im a tad bit hungry but i hate eating late at night.
but for some reason i am wide awake.
the one and only time i had a s*v* i remember tossing and turning and couldnt sleep.
so im kind of wanting to panic a little but trying not to.
im of course anxious because the *v has been going around and i work in a pharmacy.
im not sure why im not sleepy...unless its because i drank a glass of tea.
which i NEVER have caffeine...but drinking it at 6 could still affect me?
im just worried the food i got from mcdonalds may have been infected or someone at the pharmacy.
i hate the anticipation of having to "wait and see" if im gonna be *s.
yall think im gonna be ok?

I know this is kind of late, but I'm sure you'll be fine. I'm doing the same thing right now. The one time I got sick was in the middle of the night. So now I have a very hard time falling asleep. Even if I have no caffeine or sugar throughout the day. But eventually I just end up falling asleep. It'll catch up to you and you'll be fine. No need to worry. <3
