So even though last week I decided to stop coming on IES for a bit because of exams, I thought I should share this.
Last Friday I came down with some kind of virus which gave me a sore throat, sneezing, coughing, phlegm, headaches, ear aches (and loss of hearing) - the lot. And it got increasinly worse and made me VERY n*. On saturday morning, I HAD to go out to get my presents and at one point I actually thought I was going to v*. But for some reason, I just didn't care. I thought to myself, oh well, it will make me feel better. I think this is a huge step for me and despite having the worse week (my mum's students v*, my best friend v*, burning my entire mouth on tea and breaking my nose by bashing it on a ledge in the night) I just feel so positive because I didn't let my phobia get to me! I think I am on the road to recovery guys![]()
