    Exclamation I need help now..

I'm having a rough time right now. I'm super nausea and scared I'm going to get sick. Well let me rephase that. I'm nausea because my throat feels funny. My stomach feels fine. My head feels fine, no fever etc etc etc. Its just I was working out today and I was infront of the fan and I realized I had a whole bunch of slime in my throat like post nasal dripage. and now I just feel its soo thickI back there. and it just won't go away. I took a benadryl in hopes that will help it. but I just don't know. I don't want to be sick. i'm scared I'm gonna get sick. No one is up right now in my house and I have no one I can talk to.

Why do I havce to have the feeling like this. i'm soo scared I'm coming down with a sv..this sucks.. I don't want to throat up. I just don't understnad. Why is this happening. I want it to stop. Does anyone have any words of encourangement? Please ..What is this in my throat? Is it tight muscles? Is it post nasal dripage? Is it anxiety?!

Post nasal drip is a major culprit of nausea. Whenever my allergies act up or I get a sinus infection, I have horrible nausea. Or just a yucky feeling in my tummy in general. Eating actually should make it feel better. Some nice carbohydrates.

I used to have so many sinus infections (and thus post nasal drip) that my doctor said I probably didn't remember what it felt like to have clear sinuses and nose.

Something that I found, after much trial and error, that helped the taste and uneasy stomach that came with post nasal drip was cranberry juice. Something about cranberry juice's strong, but smooth and basic flavor just worked wonders at masking everything else for me.
