    Default It's always something

Ugh. I'm feeling very nauseated again. I'm at work and I'm trying to concentrate on working but I'm having a hard time. I'm not sure if my sinues are draining worst today than usual or what but I feel like I'm going to be ill. It's really warm in work and I did drink pop which is something I usually don't do because it does make me feel nauseated sometimes but still I hate how I feel. I can't wait to get out of here at 5 because I always feel better once I go home. I'm worried because lots of people are sick at work and at my church so I'm just freaking out. Ugh I just want relief from this fear without actually having to get sick. My husband always says he hopes i get sick enough to get past my fear which I find very rude and get very upset with him about

Sorry to hear you are feeling so *s. Okay can you just like have a little break and then go and stand outside to get some fresh air? It certainly sounds as though the fizzy drink has made you feel worse Take some sips of water! Take it easy as well. . . I mean if you are feeling really bad, which you are, could you just not go home? What time is it there? How many hours have you got? Have you eaten anything today? Do you feel hungry? Sorry for all the questions sweetie! Yeah I agree with you about that you find what you husband said was rude and upsetting! I would hate it if someone said that to me. *massive hugs* You WILL get through this, I promise x

It's almost 4:30 here and I am kinda weird with the fact I never let myself go home because that's giving in to the fact I could be getting the sv* and if I give in to that I'm positive I'll v* haha. I also don't let myself go home and lay around when I do get home due to the same reasons. I have been burping a lot since lunch (yes, I did eat today). I don't know if it's the Diet Pepsi I am drinking that is causing me to burp like this and feel nauseted but either way I hate feeling like this I hope once I get home and eat and do my workout I feel better. I plan on taking a bubble bath and watching tv all evening after that so hopefully that will calm me down because I can't stand the idea that I may actually be getting something...scares me to death

Ah okay so you got another 30 minutes or so to go! I totally understand that you dont allow yourself to go home as you think you will get *s. I sometimes do that. . .like say if I have period pain and I dont have any pain-meds and Im at college, I will try and push on despite the pain and see how it goes. Most of the time I manage it, sometimes I cant! OH THE JOYS OF BEING A GIRL -_- Hmm im not sure about doing a workout if you are feeling *s , it may make you feel worse, like dehydrate you and then make you feel worse?! But the watching TV and bubble bath idea sounds good Maybe going out for a little walk round the block? Just to get some air! Keep up with the hygiene as you are doing. .. Its all about the anti bac x

Haha trust me I keep up with the hand washing like nobody's business. I'll be fine working out because like I said by the time I get home and eat some dinner I usually feel better. I have to do my workout because I'm trying to lose weight with some of my friends and weigh in is tomorrow so this is my last chance work out per se haha. Thanks for your support. Hopefully it's just the pop and taco bell that has me feeling like this and nothing worst will come of it. Considering my stomach doesn't hurt at all and it's just odd throat nausea i'm hoping that means no sv* for me.

I am having quite the iffy day at work today also. It's almost 7:30 and I'm just able to go now - I hate this place!!! But I just popped an ativan and a zofran...I usually wait it out but this time I really just wanted quick relief. It's been almost an hour since I took the ativan and my anxiety level is not much better than it was - good going Kristen! Smart thinking right there...
waiting for the end to come...wishing i had strength to stand...
this is not what i had planned...it's out of my control...

awww you know my husband can be very insensitive, he has no fear of anything at all....so he doesn't understand my various phobias and anxieties.
I always feel off at work, I think it's just because I'm anxious. i hope you feel better now, i'm reading this in a different time zone!

Haha that only happened once and it was probably the 4 brownies I ate and not the taco bell. I've never had that issue with it before. Although I call it taco smell hahaha
