    Default It's been a while...

    I haven't posted in a while. I was doing ok for a while, controlling my thoughts. Anytime a negative thought popped into my head, I was doing alright to just dismiss it entirely and go about my day. The past night or so, I've been feeling weird...you know the full feeling you get when you drink too much water? But tonight, I've had a full on feeling of nausea. I'm trying to once again dismiss it, but it keeps creeping back. This is putting quite a strain on my happiness. I just need help.

    I'm sorry you're feeling bad. Could it be anxiety over having felt weird the past couple of days? I hope you feel better really soon Xx

    Nausea is one of the symptoms of anxiety so it might be worth trying breathing techniques and distraction techniques. You can find a lot on the net as I'm sure you know. Hope it passes, it's rubbish isn't it.
