I haven't posted in a while. I was doing ok for a while, controlling my thoughts. Anytime a negative thought popped into my head, I was doing alright to just dismiss it entirely and go about my day. The past night or so, I've been feeling weird...you know the full feeling you get when you drink too much water? But tonight, I've had a full on feeling of nausea. I'm trying to once again dismiss it, but it keeps creeping back. This is putting quite a strain on my happiness. I just need help.
