I have to share a laundry machine with the other 10 or so people in my building. The stomach flu is going around (my boyfriend had it, then I know at least one other in my building got it right after him). Anyways, I've been getting extremely paranoid to share a washing machine. I don't use extremely hot water since it shrinks everything and I can't use bleach since the clothes are brightly colored. Can I catch stomach flu from my clothes? And drying them out in the sun isn't an option since it's winter. The woman before me had a suspiciously "I just got done being sick" laundry load, high heat everything PJs, sheets, and a towel. Now I'm very paranoid. Is this a possibility?
