Default Going on Airplane in a week. : /

On March 2nd, I'm going to be flying from Ft.Lauderdale, to Boston. I've flown several times before. But this time I'm going alone. I'm meeting family in Boston. I'm really scared to fly. I just know that I'm going to have a panic attack. Last October when I went to Boston I felt sick in the airport, and I felt stranded. I just don't know what to do. It's a 3-4 hour flight. Does anyone know a way I can keep calm while on the plane? I'm really freaking out.
But other than that I'm really excited to go, I've always loved going to Boston. But I'm just worried about the flight. : /

I always bring something along to keep my mind off of things. I am leaving on March 1st on a flight from Georgia to Japan. While I am very nervous I know its something I have to do. I will gut through it. I am taking my Ipod, a few books, and some origami paper. If you have a portable DVD player you could take that and watch a movie.
Just think, its safer to fly than to drive or ride in a car.
    Good luck!

    Thanks for the reply.
And wow, Japan must be a long flight. I'm not affraid of flying, I just don't like knowing that if I'm sick on the plane I can't get off. As long as I have my Ipod and travel pillow I'm fine. Lol
But Good Luck with your trip to Japan.
