Default HORRIBLE Panic attack, Happening now. PLEASE help

I woke up about 15 mins ago feeling nauseous....I'm cold, shaking, scared, and nauseous. I'm trying to keep it together but I'm panicking. I haven't had a Panic attack in about a week and a half, and was doing great. I was going places I wouldn't normally go, eating in public, and keeping my Anxiety controlled. But now. 12 AM. I have a Panic attack. Idk what to do. I just want to cry and scream. I can't stop shaking.
    PLEASE HELP!!! :'(

awww hon it's ok, I'm still in half panic attack mode myself, It's slowly getting better. It will pass you know it will it always does. Just breath! You are doing great! If you can get a cool cloth and put it on your head or neck and just relax. I find distracting myself (like coming on here) does me well and helps make it pass a little faster. You will be just fine, I have been woken up witha painc attack in teh middle of the night before it happens and you will be just fine

You may have been having a nightmare. I used to wake up and feel like I was going to be sick. I was always so drowsy that I could never figure out if it was an anxiety problem or a physical problem. Turns out it was acid reflux. I stopped waking up like that after I started taking antacids. There's something really terrifying about waking up in the middle of the night feeling sick, isn't there? I think we emets fear it because that's often when we got sick as kids. I wonder why it was always at night. Anyway, like Stefanie said, try to distract yourself. Just breathe and do something that makes you happy and calm. Hope you're feeling better soon.
