    Default Freaking Out

I was on the bus today and someone v*. I am so distressed because I am so, so careful in washing my hands etc and then this happened and I had absolutely no control over it and no way to get away from it (I really had to get home). He was right at the front of the bus and I was sitting about half way down the bus. I was careful to only breathe through my nose and I had a shower as soon as I got home.

Do you think I am at a big risk?

This is why I hate taking the bus. Most likely he just got motion sickness? I don't think he would have taken the buss if he had a sv* or was feeling sick.. And sv* are not airborne as far as I know, and you where not in direct contact with his v* so I wouldn't be too panicky about it! :-) I'm sure you'll be fine!

Thank you so much for your replies, I really appreciate it! I'm trying to stay calm and not think about it so hopefully everything turns out okay.
