I'm so scared :'(

Yesterday I got severely Nauseous, and almost was sick. I actually experienced real nausea. Now, this morning my dad said that he was sick all night. I'm so scared if he hes a Sv and I'm going to get it. I already feel a panic attack starting. I'm very paranoid now. Can you catch it through the air, or only by touching things they've touched? I want to just get as far away from here as posible. Please, some advice?

Im too am freaking right out atm, A friend of mine went to see her grandma in hospital last week and they had a outbreak of sickness bug

She had it herself on friday just gone, I work with her fiance he has so far been totally fine, but he made a cup of coffee today which I drank

Now im totally panicking that I catch it from the coffee!! im soo scared and wish I thought about what I was doing!! arggggggggggggggggggggg xxx

i know its hard because I am currently going through the same thing you two are but remember that you can only get it by ingesting the v* or d* particles which it sounds like neither of you did. You can't catch it through the air and you can only catch it by touching something else that they touched if they just v*ed or d*ed and had it on their hands and then touched that spot and you touched it. horsesbubble...chances are he didn't touch the coffee grounds so you should be fine and even if he did his hands probably weren't contaminated.
