Brother just got sick :(( Really scared.

About 5 mins ago my 11 y/o brother came in my room and told me he felt like he was going to be sick. Then he ran in the bathroom and started V* I got so scared that I jumped out of bed and ran outside. Now, I'm so scared I'm shaking.
How can I calm down? I feel like I'm having a Panic attack. :'(

The same exact thing happens to me. Just take some deep breaths and then go back in and find a "safe" room. Get yourself together and try not to panic. If you can, make sure your brother is okay and then talk to someone if you feel like it.
