I fly all the time. Atleast 10 times a year. But before every time I get really nervous because I think something's going to be different this time. I've never been sick on a plane, but I still am scared it will happen. I'm leaving on Moday to Boston. I go there several times a year, and I love going there. I just don't know how to calm down about going on a plane. It's not a very long flight ( 3 hours). March 7th was the last time I was on a plane, and when we were in the airport they delayed the flight. I started feeling a littlebit of Anxiety, and Nausea. I started getting really nervous, but once we got on the plane I felt better.
Does anyone know how I can keep myself from having a Panic Attack? They're the worse on a Plane because you're trapped, and I get scared just thinking about it.
