Thread: Antibiotics?

    Default Antibiotics?

Are they supposed to make your stomach upset and make you feel crummy? I've been taking them as prescribed, and I feel like sick an hour after they are in my system. I've had to take two anti-emetics so far because they have made me so nauseous. I'm just concerned because last time this happened on antbiotics, I ended up having an allergic reaction to them near the end of my course of treatment and I don't want to go through that again. I also really don't want to vomit!

Antibotic's always make my stoamch feel off... some more then others. I have a list of the ones that don't bother me as bad, the ones that make me feel awful and the one's i'm allergic too. But I've never v'ed from them. They also make me feel tired. I hope you feel better soon.

Make sure that you're eating lots with them; anti-biotics can be extremely harsh on your stomach if you don't eat enough/proper foods with them. Happens to me when I'm too lazy to eat. You won't vomit, don't worry. They can sometimes just be harsh on your stomach, but eating genuinely helps.
