Default do you think i have an sv? please respond

i was over at my brothers house last night and my sister in law was sick. she had been throwing up all day. i foud this out after i had been there for about 10 minutes and started playing with my baby niece. my friend was also there as well for a little while, and he went home and cooked dinner for me and him. im scared i contracted the sv she got and im also scared my friend may of too and put it in the food. (the food was all cooked though). my brother got it as well not long afterwards. I never used the bathroom or touched much at all except my niece, and she was crawling all over their bedroom floor and she touched my face a few times. But as far as i know shes hasnt got it yet. my mum was over there yesterday as well and shes not sick. but she didnt feel like dinner tonight which concerened me. but anyway its been about 28 hours since i was there so im right in that period where this thing will start to show. i felt like eating dinner tongiht so i did. i spotted some biscuits in the fridge and ate a heap of them. but now im not quite sure how i feel. my heart is racing and i feel like im getting a bit sickly. but im trying to tell myself its anxiety. i took an ani emetic to be on the safe side but im scared its not gonna work cause this thing is pretty bad sv. does anyone think i've got it? im very nervous. it feels like im waiting for it to happen any second now. its also nght time and im scared to go to sleep. can someone please tell me what they think!!

    I think you're just anxious.

I think you are just anxious as well. .When a stomach bug hits, you will have no doubt that is what it is.. and really, you can't change it, you know? if it happens, it will happen and you WILL get through it. If it doesn't, then thats awesome, and consider a bullet dodged.

It sounds like anxiety - especially with the racing heart. And also maybe a bit of a sugar rush/crash from the biscuits xxx

I don't think you'll get sick. Your sister-in-law probably would have told your niece to keep her distance so she wouldn't catch it. I'm sure your friend washed his hands, and the heat killed any further germs. You'd have to be rather unlucky to catch it yourself.
