    Default Anxiety when around friends?

Does anybody ever break out into a panic attack when they are hanging out with a group of friends?

I did the other night, but instead of asking my hubby if we could leave, I waited it out

I think between the glass of wine I had, the group of ppl in one room, and it being so warm and having a full belly, I had to go to the bathroom (which I always get nervous of when I'm gone a long time, people know that I'm pooing lol) but we were playing Taboo and having fun, so I just played and laughed it all off!!

Does the panic attack thing sometimes happen out of the blue with any of you sometimes?

Yeahh I get that a lot when I'm out actually. I think it's best when you wait it out like you did. That's what I try to do now because then I realize it's nothing and next time it happens it isn't as scary. I used to leave every time I felt a wave of nausea but that's definitely not the right thing to do. It does really come out of the blue sometimes so it's hard to prevent, but you dealt with it well
Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all.
