I take Celexa, and have taken it for about a year and a half. It really helped for the depression I had. I also have mild OCD and an issue with contamination that makes this phobia worse. My doctor increased my dose about a month ago becaause of this to 50mg, and it helped my OCD incredibly. BUT with the increase in Celexa, then my other brain chemicals were messed up and weren't balanced and so she just added Wellbutrin XL last week. I feel sort of weird on it, like I'm hopped up on caffiene, but that's supposed to go away once I get used to it. The only side effects I have are the sweats at night, which sucks and sort of interrupts your sleep, but I've been prescribed another med for that.... I'll get it filled on Thursday when I get paid. It's a circus. I don't know how long I'll take it... I guess I'm afraid to NOT take it and feel s***ty like before. I don't want to go back there. If you have any specific questions, PM me!
