So I'm really trying to eat better and exercise. I joined a gym and I went once so far (only joined a few days ago but it's been 100 degrees here and I haven't been leaving my air conditioned house lol) Here's my problem. I'm not too concerned about germs on the equipment. They have bottles of cleaner and everyone is really good about wiping down the machines after using them. But I'm a stay at home mom and most of the time I will have to take my son with me. They have childcare there. It's pretty much just a big room with a TV and a bunch of toys. When I took him the other day, when I was done and went to get him, he had another kid's sippy cup in his hand! I don't *think* he drank out of it but I don't know. Now I'm scared he's going to pick up a sv from one of the kids in there or something. I mean in the "rules" it says not to bring your kids if they're sick but I'm sure there are people who do anyway, or they don't know they're sick. Ahhhhhhh! What do I do?? I really need to get my butt in gear but I'm afraid I'm going to start avoiding working out because of this!
