<DIV>Hey... this is going out to all of you who have children, are expecting children, etc... after recent events here in kentucky I just feel it's important to remind everyone to be EXTREMELY careful of putting pictures (especially of children)and personal information online. I know that many of us have been coming to this forum for a long time now and we have a certain amount of trust among us (heck I don't think there's a one of you loyal members thatI don't trust)... but we also haveto remember that the board isn't private and anyone, anywhere can view the information.</DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV>That being said, I will now explain why I felt the need to bring it up. Any of you who live in the US may have heard of this already, but for those who haven't,last weekhere in Kentucky a pregnant woman, Sarah Brady, went to the house of a woman she believed had received a gift off of her online baby registry. When she arrived at the house that day the woman gave her the package, chatted with her and they said their goodbyes. The next day, the woman called her again saying that once again a gift had mistakenly been delivered to her address only this time, when Mrs. Brady went to retrieve the gift the woman had other plans. She locked the door behind them and when Mrs. Brady told her she needed to leave to pick up her son the woman pulled a knife out and said if she tried to leave she would kill her. There was a struggle, and in the end Sarah Brady walked out alive... her attacker did not. She was doing what she had to do to protect herself and her unborn child. It was found that thewoman had lied to neighbors, family members, and friends saying that she was pregnant and due any day. Her house was filled with everything necessary for a newborn baby. All signs point to theidea that the woman was going to killMrs. Bradyand take her baby.</DIV>

<DIV>Thankfully Mrs. Brady was okay and only suffered minor scratches, she delivered a healthy baby girl on Tuesday.</DIV>

<DIV>The woman who tried to kill her found her on the BabiesRUs website which only lists the Mother's name, state, and the baby's due date... from just that the woman was able to find all of her personalinformation including address and phone number. Personally I absolutely love to see the pictures of your beautiful children and I hope that we can continue to share them... I'm wondering if maybe there's a way that we can make that area private and available to only group members? Til then... please just be careful... I would never want ANYTHING to happen to any of you!</DIV>
<DIV>God Bless</DIV>

Giving up doesn\'t always mean that we are weak. Sometimes it just means that we are strong enough to let go.
