I have posted in the past, that I have been losing weight due to my emet, and my recent surgery. I am very proud to say that I have gained 3lbs!!! I am so very happy! My target weight is 115lbs, and I am now at 97lbs. I have been really trying to eat, even though I am scared because of my emet, but I guess I have done some good. I am very proud, and I just hope that I continue to eat well.

Thanks for listening, I am just so happy and proud that I had to tell someone.

Great Job!! I know all about the emet weight struggle. When I was younger, you could count my ribs! Scary!! but I'm doing a lot better now. Just challenge yourself to eat a little more each time, you can do it!!! What I tried to do was eat a few extra bites when I was scared and wanted to stop. Also I tried to eat different foods that I normally wouldn't eat because of emet. I had gotten into the habit of only eating crackers when I wasn't feeling well, which isn't very healthy, so I started finding other foods that I felt 'safe' eating. Keep up the good work and before you know it you'll have reached your goal!!
