    Unhappy Can someone help me.

    I'm freaking out right now. The anxiety just hit me, and im really scared. Can someone give me some suggestions?

    My advice is to re direct your thoughts, watch your favorite show, take a bath or shower, read, play a game. Anxiety sucks but it always goes away. Anything that triggered it?

    How did you get on darkangle? Buy a relaxation cd to put on for those anxious moments, lie down and just let it come and it will pass. Don't fight it, let it come.
