I saw it, I can tell you all what happened. Kelly was talking about how sick her kids and her hubby were last night. She said they were all "V" She herself had not caught it, I will be curious to see if she is on the show tomorrow. Kinda freaked me out to hear her talk about it even though she lives way up in New York!!

Omg, I'm sorry I wasn't here to see all your posts. I went out and got home late....Yeah it was really gross to hear about Kelly and the family, but the really weird thing is that just when the show started I knew Kelly was going to say something like that, I have no idea how I knew but I just did. Kindy freaks me out.

Anyways whoever watches it today, let us know how she is today!!! Thanks!

Oh ya I saw it, she was cool as a cucumber!! Vomiting doesn't bother her at all. When she mentioned that her husband fainted, that got my attention! From him being sick so much he fainted! 3 people in the house constantly puking, oh gosh that grosses me out! She said her place smells like a hospital. She said how she put the bucket beside her kids heads, she said that of course they didnt use the bucket and how she has been washing sheets all night. That is a emets nightmare! Didn't bother Regis too much that they were sick, if I was sitting beside her after telling that story I really think I would be out of there!

Oh that's awful! Poor Kelly, I really like her but I think her mentioning that crap was useless. Her hubby and 3 kids were all V***? I didnt see the show but now I will have to today to see if she is out sick!

Ugh... glad I didn't see it because that is the sort of thing that usually starts me in an OCD spiral and obsessing about it.

I remember when the Rosie Odonnel show was still on and her sidekick was gone with a stomach bug, she kept teasing him incase he was watching, saying gross combinations of food and stuff. I was horrified.

Well she was on TV today, she said she wanted to go bed early but couldn't she watched TV until 4am. She said that she couldn't sleep the other night because she was cleaning upvomit all night.. Too much information. I don't think she was funny at all, it was a total turn off!

I can relate, I should have called her!![img]smileys/smilies_04.gif[/img] Luckily Logan is the only one who has gotten sick here! I remember Kelly was sick a few years ago and she actually called and talked to Regis in between bouts of v'ing. And I remember VERY long ago Kathie Lee coming on to talk about her sick kids and how she thought she had caught it, and she was sitting there, making faces, and at one point she said, "Be careful, 'cause I could go at any minute!!" And I remember thinking "Poor Regis" having to sit there by her when she thinks she's going to v'it and she's not going home!!!

I agree that she shouldn't have given so much info on TV. That's just downright nasty!

I saw this too yesterday. But, guess what....she is on the show right now and appears to be just fine. Apparently everyone in her family is doing better today. I wasa little nerved out about yesterday's show. It floors me how people can be so okay with v*(non-emets) and just casually talk about it and go on with their day. I wish I could be more like that. Although if my husband fainted from being sick, I would be so upset. I would probably have to call 911! And Kelly Ripa said she told her husband to just "GET UP!"when he fainted. Geesh.

I know when something like that hits our house...it is 1, then the next day its someone else, etc,etc.

Man if her husband fainted she should have seriously considered taking him to the hospital, because he could have lost a lot of fluids, and that can be dangerous to just let slide by. I agree it was not that tactful to describe it on national television!

Well, she was there today, I will have to watch tomorrow and see if she is there. I think her kids are small. Like 2, 4, and about 8 or 9. I remember her family being kinda spread out like mine.

I do agree though that she should have not mentioned that on TV. Was news I didnt want to hear and I dont even live in NY!!

I also hate hearing when people are sick, no matter where they live... why cant they just hurry up and make this vaccine. Last time I saw my pediatrician I asked him about the Norovirus vaccine and he said " Yeah, they have been working on that for a long time". I asked him if he thinks they will come out with one and he said it is possible. I was hoping for more info and I guess for him to say he thinks one will be out very soon.

I think that this vaccine would be great for us emets too. No winter time worries and possibly no obsessive cleaning and handwashing. Im not an obsessive cleaner and handwasher in hopes to avoid catching a cold!!!

It is a talk show. The girl mentioned is one of the hosts. She grossed us all out by talking about her "V'ing" children on Tv Mon.
