Anyone else feel this way?

Whenever I have a full-blown panic attack, a tingly feeling starts in my stomach and goes up to my throat and it feels just like vomit!!!!! Anyone else feel this way in their worst panic attacks?

Yes, sometimes it happens to me. I also sometimes get tingly in my hands, feet, and face.

yes! I have a severe nauseous feeling when i have a BIG panic attack!
