I am having a bit of anxiety attack right now. I don't feel quite right. My stomach is very nausous right now, and I don't know why. I ate good today, nothing out of the ordinary, but I went to Target with my boyfriend, and on the way home I started to feel very nauseous. He was driving like an ass, so I thought maybe I was carsick, but its been an hour since we got home, and I still feel ill. I haven't eaten since 5:30pm, and I have been munching on crackers, but I just don't feel right, and I keep burbing. Do you think I will be sick, or is it just anxiety? I am scared right now.

I bet it's only anxiety, it sounds to me that you felt a little car sick and then anxiety kicked in so you still feltsick andnow your starting to get scared. Try to calm down, get some mints (or whatever makes you feel better) and do something relaxing like take a bath or do something distracting like watch tv, play video games, or read a book. You'll be fine!! If you need to talk I'm on AIM right now, myscreen nameisconfused106.

I agree w/ confused. I do that too tho if i feel off from one thing even after it's over I'm still a mess. Feel better soon! Confused had some great suggestions.

I do that too. If I feel the slightest twinge, I start to be really conscious of the feeling in my guts. Then I worry if this is "it".... it starts a really bad cycle of anxiety and feeling worse.

Thanks everyone. It was a total anxiety attack, not a big one, but it kept me from eating dinner last night. Today I woke up feeling fine, I again have a lowgrade fever, but I am sure that is due to my kidney problems. I can't wait to have this stent removed from my kidney, and I can feel better, March 18th seems like such a long ways away.

I did also eat a very good breakfeast today, I had scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of toast and a yogart, which is good for me. I am starting to eat eggs again, I wouldn't for a long time, cause I was scared that I would get samonella poisioning, but as long as you cook them, it is very rare for it to happen. I really need the protein, so I am proud that I am eating them agian.

I still have about 20 more lbs to gain, but I am on the right track, unless I have more anxiety attacks like I did last night.
