I'm freaking out just a little bit....yeah right! I'm majorly freaking out. My mom hasn't been feeling well all day since this morning supposedly because she's dizzy. I don't live with her but on saturday night I went over because my brother was in town with my niece and I was kissing her like crazy, and so was my mom, anyone see my mental connection? Sharing kisses thru the baby.

Anyways my stepdad called to tell me that he's called the ambulance, so now I am freaking so much more. I know he won't call with news for a few hours but I can't wait that long to know whats wrong with her, I'm going to go insane, and not only that, I feel really horrible for my mom. What if she's v*ing in the ambulance, how awful is that for her. What if it was never her but me going thru that? I would die, just die. To be sick alone would be awful, but sick in a moving vehicule with strangers around me....

    I'm going absolutely mad.

Hmm. I hope everything with your mom works out...DO you have any idea what's wrong with her??
.I just want to feel safe in my own skin. I just want to be happy again. I just want to feel deep in my own world. But I’m so lonely I don’t even want to be with myself. <3

I know easier said than done, but try to stay calm and don't get yourself too worked up. Say a little prayer for her. I'm sure she will be fine. You said she was dizzy? Maybe she just has an inner ear infection or something little like that. Does she have major health problems? Keep us informed, and I will say a prayer for her. Relax

OK, First things first, be calm! Easier said than done I know but there really is no reason for you to be freaking out...

Its not you its your mother, and i'm sure shes fine, and she'll be far better off receiving medical attention than to be sitting spreading it in her home. I don't think you would have caught it through kissing your neice.. how have you been feeling?

Why don't you call your stepdad and ask him for news? I'm sure he'll keep you thoroughly updated. Is there anything that you can do or take that usually calms you down? I suggest that... Or stay on here for support whilst your waiting for news..

Things will be fine, please don't worry!

My stepdad seems to think its the flu, but what does he know, I only hope its not the flu, but I don't wish it to be anything worse either, if thats the case then I do hope its the flu. All she told me is that she's so dizzy, she can't even look straight. And she tried to eat and loved the soup but then it all came out. That does sound to me like the flu but I'm not expert either, so I have to pace back and forth until he calls with some news.

I doubt you caught anything or you would more than likely be right a long w/ her. Besides if it's today she was feeling bad than it was probably today she came downw / whatever it is. I hope everything goes well for her. Dizziness could be alot of things so try not to freak and jump to stomach or serious things. (hard as that is) let us know how she's doing!

Thanks guys. I can't call my stepdad because he's on his way to the hospital, and I will pray that she's ok, but she does suffer from diabetes, and she went to a sugering off party yesterday and ate plenty of it. My brother seems to think that this weekend was just a bizarre one because it was my father's death anniversary yesterday and the whole family went to this party except for me. I wasn't in the mood, especially because of my dad, and my brother to had a major migraine yesterday, and just some weird things, so he thinks it has something to do with my dad, maybe not directly but sort of like a full moon weird.

Those two combined is enough to make anyone feel kind of dizzy and overwhelmed, I think its a combination of things, she may be a little stressed and proabably has a cold or something - I really don't think its too serious..

Have you called the hospital to talk to your stepdad? I did that when my grandmother was taken by ambulance to the hospital. It sounds like something to do with her diabetes, what do you think? Dizziness is a sure sign. Try to relax and try calling the hospital, its better than waiting by the phone.

Hang in there, hon, everything will be ok! My mother was also rushed to the hospital for a stomach flu type thing once and trust me if it's just that, everything will be fine! I SERIOUSLY doubt you will get it.

I wouldn't worry too much about her being sooo scared in an ambulance. when that's going on you really dont even notice anything about modesty. it's really the last thing on your mind.

Sorry guys, today was a hectic day at work, I just got off the phone with my mom, they kept her over night. Turns out she's got a problem with the liquid in her ears, and thats what all the dizziness was about. I should have known, because my aunt suffers from it too and so did their mother. So its hereditary, and great, its 3 weeks I've been quite dizzy at times too. I'm gonna go get myself checked out too.

I asked my mom how often she was sick, and it was only once, after she ate. And I asked her about the ride in the ambulance, and she said it went pretty good, they kept her sitting upwards and told her to focus on one thing so that the ride wouldn't be so bad.

So she's going to pass more tests, but she sounded good.

I am so relieved, and so blessed to have had you all with me throughout this little ordeal. Thank you all so much, you do not understand how grateful I am to you all for caring so much and comforting me.

A HUGE hug to you all!!!! xxx

Oh, I wonder if it is a form of Vertigo. I have had positional vertigo off and on for 5 years, and it can make you feel like v**ing. Although I never did. Good news is, you can't catch it!

    Happy all is well,
