    Hey all~

I hope this finds you doing well! I have a sorta strange question. I have found recently, that the nausea that I feel (almost constantly) is alleviated by crying. Does anyone else feel worse when you bottle emotions or at least fight them off? And do you feel better when you let it out (whatever emotion you are feeling)?

Also, does anyone have any tips for dealing betterwith emotions? I am the kind of person that lets things get to me, but no one ever knows it until I break down (most of the time I cry like a little girl, but sometimes I get angry).

    Thanks Guys! You Rock!
I\'m not completely insane; I\'m just a little bit crazy.

Basically, crying produces phlegm which makes me gag, so it isn't that positive an experience for me. The last time I almost v'ed, I was crying and gagged. I do think that releasing your emotions helps, though, in whatever way!

For me, i find that if i cry, my nose gets stuffy and then i sneeze and feel much better. Sometimes i get an upset tummy when my nose is stuffed. Once i sneeze, i feel much better.

i'm with you emms.... crying releases so many feelings ofpanic/nausea with me.

i never really am able to cry unless it's my last resort.. i have to be proper stressed/upset to cry...

but as it makes me feel better, i dont mind doing it!

I cry to let out anger, sadness, pretty much any emotion, it doesn't necesarily make me feel better, but it feels good to let it out!
.I just want to feel safe in my own skin. I just want to be happy again. I just want to feel deep in my own world. But I’m so lonely I don’t even want to be with myself. <3
