Hey, ive had these nasty pains in my stomach for the last two days, the first day was the worst, i couldnt even eat, and i was also panicking all day. the second day wasnt too bad but was still very irritating, and now the pains are pretty much gone but i feel sick. Am i getting a bug or something? are there bugs that start off this way?

    any help greatly appreciated!

I haven't heard of anything starting that way. It is odd. Could you call your Dr. and ask what you should do? Could it be gas maybe or stress? You might be feeling sick now that it's going away because you aren't focused on the pain anymore and haven't eaten right. I hope you feel better soon and I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful!

Hey, thanks for the reply! if i dont feel better tomorrow ill probably give the doctor a call and see what he says. I dont think it was gas cause ive had that a few times before but it wasnt as bad as these. but stress is a possibility, i hope thats all it is anyway!

I hope you are feeling better. It could defenitly be gas, or stress. Are you female? Because it could also be that time of the month. Feel Better!

Ok, guess we can rule out any female problems!!

How are you feeling now? Do you feel nauseous, or are you just having pain? I am having stomach pains to right now. Have you tried taking any tums, or rolaids? Even a glass of milk might help, to coat your stomach. I hope you are feeling better.

I get that too, stomach pains for no obvious reason, and I obviously start telling myself i've eaten something dodgy, or that i've caught a bug, and then I wait for the nauseous feeling to come, so maybe it was just phsycological, and you kinda 'expected' to feel nauseous because you had a sore tummy. I think people with emet often analyse every little ache and pain they get in their stomach, and we automatically think the worst!

Glad to hear you are feeling better though!
