I haven't been feeling good at all today. I have a horrible stomach ache mixed with hunger. I havent eaten much at all these past few days. It started on Friday when I wasn't able to eat much. I got depressed and lost my appetite. Then I had a date on Sunday and was afraid to eat cause of that. On Sunday I had a couple bites of steak and some crackers. On Monday I had 1/2 a can of beefaroni and two chocolate cake thingies by Little Debbie. The acidity in my stomach is very screwed up now. Yesterday I had about 17 TUMS, most of them in the evening. Today I sipped some water and had a piece of bread. Now I'm TRYING to eat a baked pork chop and green beans, but my stomach hurts so bad. It's pain AND hunger mixed. I'm afraid to eat it. I'm eating it in little bites and chewing it until its basically soupy, but ugh. I'm afraid. I can't eat! I CANNOT EAT! What am I gonna do? I've lost weight. I'm 107lbs at 5'7 today. I've lost about 3-5lbs in under a week. No lie. What if this never goes away? How do I make the tummy ache go away? I want to eat but I'm afraid I'll v. Obviously if my stomach is hurting it doesnt want food, correct? HELP ME figure this out!

    Welp, it sounds
like you basically just have to eat something. I know its hard, but
when it gets like this, the only way to feel better is to make yourself
eat. I've gotten into this jam myself, and it does mess up your
stomach. Just eat light things, like toast, or easy things, and its
best to eat smaller meals regularly. You won't v*, your stomach needs
food, and you will feel very sick if you don't eat. Your stomach is
feeling so bad because it does need food. Its because your stomach is
trying to work on something, but it has nothing to work on, and this is
most likely the cause of your acid too. Its producing acid and hurting
because it wants food to digest. Just go slow and eat light things, and
eat them say in 5-6 small meals a day. I do this too when Im having
    trouble. I hope this helps!

ETA: I too usually get in this bind when say I have something going on
that I have to do, like school or work. It got bad when I was in
college for awhile, because I'd hardly want to eat anything, I'd rather
risk feeling sick from hunger than have IBS act up or feel nauseas or
get sick. I'm having to fight this because I've just started work, and
the big temptation is to not eat before work, and hardly eat during, so
I'm basically starving till I get home, which of course is not good! I
know its hard to deal with, but just go slow and eat little bits.

I agree, you need to eat something. Your stomach probably only has acid in it and that's bound to give anyone a stomach ache. Try a mild diet first until you get back into eating. I know it's hard, but you have to get nutrients to keep your immune system going strong.
